The last 2 days have been BUSY!! Carson spent Tuesday afternoon at Grandma Tami's and had a fun playing with the sprinklers outside.. He loves water! It will be like Christmas day for him when the tub gets installed.. speaking of the tub, we went to Altoona and got the shower/tub combo.. did we like paying for it? no, not one bit!(have to remind us, we will get our $ back when we sell the house, hopefully!) Hopefully this weekend the guys can get it installed. I will be thrilled to have a tub! But back to Tuesday, i painted the kitchen while Carson was gone. That took the whole afternoon, could have been quicker if i had the right rollers to use.. but we love the way the kitchen looks now and thats not even with the 2nd color yet! One wall is still white and the cupboard frame(above cupboard, where my "with God, all things are possible" stencil is) is still white, that will be painted once we get the paint. Can't wait to see how it will all turn out once EVERYTHING is painted and all the pictures are hung up..
Yesterday afternoon, Carson was at aunt Heather's house and played there with the cousins and they have a Thomas the train set there, he barely said bye to daddy when he dropped him off there, he apparently got too excited seeing the train set there and the kids of course! I got a lot done here at home too as well when Carson was there! It feels GREAT! All i'm down to is painting and diapers!! Of course stuff will get thrown at me along the way that'll need to be done but theres ALWAYS something anyway but i'm glad to have the majority of the stuff crossed off my list to do!! Today is work on diapers and empty out bathroom closet since there will be some demo done to the closet.. I will have to get used to the change in there but I'm going to be happy having a bathtub.. Going to be so much easier for the kids.. Again, I'm going to have to get used to saying the word... kids.. hard to believe I'm going to have KIDS here soon... If i have a boy, then i'll probably be saying BOYS way more than kids.. Kids is just a weird word to say.. I cant wait til baby comes!! I'm extremely anxious to know what I'm having... for the longest time i thought it was going to be a boy but now I'm questioning it!! I'm going to be happy with either boy or girl.. a HEALTHY one is all i want!
